School of Education and Human Development

Alumni and Giving

The USM School of Education and Human Development alumni community is an extended family of nearly 10,000 individuals living in Maine, across the United States, and in nearly 20 countries around the world. We offer these web pages to facilitate connections—connections with the School and connections among each of you. We are honored you chose and graduated from the School or one of its prestigious predecessor schools.

The School of Education and Human Development has grown from a teacher’s college to a university graduate school that offers more than 30 programs in K-12 and adult education, counselor education, literacy education, special education, school psychology, and educational leadership. Our Professional Development Center offers academic courses, workshops, and conferences to thousands of K-12 educators and human resource professionals who wish to continue learning throughout their lives.

We would like the School of Education and Human Development to be your USM’s home base.
