Preparation for the Event

We will help you maximize registration with an online registration system backed by prompt phone customer service. We'll also help you establish systems for data tracking. Here are some of the services we can provide:

  • Create a customized registration system
  • Capture organization membership status, including new members and membership renewal
  • Anticipate your data needs and include all relevant fields on your form
  • Provide an easy-to-use, secure online registration process (MC, Visa, Discover)
  •  Accept P.O. #s and send invoices
  • Support participants with customer service by phone and email
  • Track participant meal preferences, workshops, and special events
  • Register and track sponsors and exhibitors
  • Confirm all registrations by email
  • Produce customized nametags

Support During the Event

The day of the event we'll provide the troubleshooting and registration support so you can focus on the program. We will:

  • Set up a staffed registration station supported with technology
  • Greet participants with name tags and packets
  • Collect balance dues
  • Act as a conference concierge
  • Register walk-ins, including printed nametags
  • Check in exhibitors
  • Confirm meal counts
  • Troubleshoot any emerging issues

Reporting Following the Event

We'll help you wrap up the event with all the data and participant follow-up you require. Count on us to:

  • Generate reports for debriefing and planning
  • Produce a balance due list
  • Collect outstanding payments
  • Generate final list of attendees for mailing list
  • Distribute and collect email evaluations
  • Send letter of completion for continuing education purposes
